Background

Kaori was raised in an middle-upper class family in Upper Miyatama. She had a strong relationship with her father while growing up, who worked as a city official, often fighting for extra rights for robots in the city. His political career heavily influenced Kaori, spurring on a desire for her to help youth in crisis during her early 20s. Although her ideal career path changed as she grew older, she took classes to become a private teacher at the age of 24, and she achieved her goal of becoming a tutor.

During her early 30s, Kaori ran for mayor of Miyatama. Although she was never elected for office, she continues to actively participate in municipal matters, aiming to improve the quality of life for Miyatama's working class.
