Background

Tennadeirovaein (often just referred to as TDV or Tenna) is a flamboyant volon leading a shadow council in Ystets. The council's main objective is to manipulate humans in powerful societal positions (such as the mayor of Ystets), and carry out missions involving espionage and heavy assault on targets they deem to have "conflicted" with their interests.

Her hideout is located in Ystets, but she does a lot of traveling, especially when carrying out council activities. The other two core members of her group are Eckire and Glenn Ratcliff.

Appearance & traits

As with all volons, Tenna is capable of limited shapeshifting.

Her preferred form is a slender humanoid figure with white skin, and a head of long black hair that's almost always worn in a ponytail. In place of standard facial features are two black plus-shaped eyes positioned vertically above one another, and a small mouth, often curled in a dainty smile. Her wardrobe consists of a simple grey coat, a black skirt, and a pair of tall black boots. On official business, she fully buttons her clothing and carries a ballistic shotgun; while relaxing in her hideout, Tenna leaves her clothes open, often exposing most of her body.

On occasion, Tenna will shapeshift several black, spiky appendages from her back that can swing down and strike targets. She hardly uses them for combat, instead using them as an intimidation tactic.

Tenna loves all kinds of chocolate and will happily take detours while traveling to pick some up.

Personality

On the surface, Tenna is aloof, playful, and friendly, but she makes no effort to hide her morals or opinions around others. She sincerely believes volons are superior to humans, and has no qualms killing, enslaving, or even eating them.

Beneath the surface, Tenna is a conniving megalomaniac who specializes in deception and manipulation. When alone, she spends a lot of time planning her next move, in hopes of gaining more power and control over Hallow.

She will go to great lengths to ensure stable volons around her are treated with excellence, even going so far as referring to Ystets as "their own personal buffet." Unstable volons, however, are either ignored or imprisoned and raised by her.
