Background

Xalark is a young genofex from Zetomerxy, raised in a royal family for the first 9 Ternion years of his life. However, due to growing disdain for his parents, he left his home on unpleasant terms to become a drifter, bouncing to and from jobs and homes, learning many practical skills and exploring Ternion's cities, ruins, and outdoors, despite the growing risk of breach.

Appearance & traits

Xalark is a nearly pitch-black genofex with a well-built body, leaving him with a rock hard carapace and very high physical strength and stamina. He has messy violet hair that's long in the front but short in the back, with a pair of golden bands attached to the hair beside his face. He prefers wearing black and grey robes with gold trim, and a pair of royal sandals he obtained during his youth.

He has a basic understanding of first aid and natural resources found in Ternion's wilderness, making him very knowledgeable in case of any injuries.

Personality

Xalark is fairly insensitive, cold, and reserved, but he is also very determined and courageous. He finds great difficulty in taking interest in other peoples' lives unless they have a similar mentality to his own, even though he makes an honest effort to do so. Xalark has limited empathy when it comes to the emotional struggles of other people, but will help someone without hesitation if they're physically hurt. He absolutely loves architecture and could talk about it for hours; his dream career is to be an architect for Zetomerxy, and he hopes to get a formal education in that field in the future.
