Background

Decker runs a tiny general store and repair shop that also serves as his home on the outskirts of Zynima. Because of his close proximity to a junkyard, he frequently scavenges for useful items and materials to build with or sell, as he's very fond of building things himself as opposed to purchasing products from a dealer.

He was built by his long-defunct ancestor who ran a shop of a similar nature. Decker followed in his creator's footsteps, becoming not only a merchant, but a repair-bot as well. He spends almost all of his time around his store, spending the large majority of his free time in a hammock when he's not working.

Appearance & traits

Decker is a fairly stocky robot with a clunky build. His entire body is made with the same heavy, grey and brown metal, and his body is mostly featureless, being very typical with two arms, two legs, ten fingers, sporting only a few brown vertical line patterns on the sides of his chest. Because of his less-than-stellar design, Decker has two black, vertically-standing exhaust pipes attached to his back that extend up to his head to prevent smoke buildup or overheating. He usually wears monochrome cowboy boots, a brown and white poncho, and a matching stetson hat when out and about.

Personality

Decker is grumpy and gruff. He speaks using a lot of colloquial language and improper grammar, and his voice has a western accent as well. Decker is uninviting, not very talkative, and barely ever lets any of his feelings show through, but when he's around robots of a similar nature, he tends to open up a bit more and he becomes somewhat social.
