Background

Shock System is part of the original group of robots that was sent to Zynima as part of the MSE. She was the acting leader of the group when they landed and first began constructing settlements, which would eventually evolve into Zynima city. Alongside her leadership role, she used her skills developed over a lifetime of robotics work to repair and maintain the initial group of robots, as well as constructing a few of her own. Her occupation remains largely the same; she leads the central tech station, focusing more on repairing damaged machines rather than constructing new ones.

Appearance & traits

Shock's appearance is somewhat simple because of her android-like design. She sports a standard humanoid build, but has grey skin made of an exceptionally flexible material rather than the metallic plates and armour that most of Zynima's inhabitants are designed with. Her face has two round, black eyes with large green pupils that take different shapes to express different emotions, and a functional mouth as well.

She has a wardrobe of various clothes that she wears regularly, but she's most often seen in an outfit comprised of a yellow vest with orange and black stripes along the sides, and a pair of flared white trousers. She always wears her technician's cap out in public. Aside from regular clothes, she has two large pointed pauldrons with colours that match her yellow vest, and two long beams that connect to her back and extend vertically behind her, reaching over her head. The pauldrons and beams are detachable, but they're almost always worn when she's on the job.

Personality

Shock is very serious and often has a dry or monotone disposition, but she's not afraid to laugh and have a good time with good company. Due to her field of work as a technician, she's developed a tough skin and isn't affected by toxicity, but she's not above setting someone straight if they prove to be a real nuisance. At times, she can be somewhat disorganized and clumsy, but she tries her best not to show it, as she cares a good amount about others' opinion of her. She also loves to travel and move from one place to another, and she dislikes it immensely when she's stuck in one area for too long.
